Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is an amazing journey of your consciousnesses and truly is a way of finding that all answers and healing lie within.

Over all, clients want to better understand why their life has been the way it has, and most importantly, how to move forward in the best way possible.

Clients come with life threatening diseases, pain, discomfort, depression or addictions. They come with a desire to make their life better. Many times they may feel an inner knowing that they are meant to be doing "something" different with their life but need clarity on what that something is. And sometimes they come with questions about our universe, God or Source and their connection to it.

QHHT was developed by Dolores Cannon in over 45 years of groundbreaking work. Suzanne Spooner was personally recommended by Dolores as one of her practitioners working very pure to the way Dolores taught and gave her own sessions. Suzanne is also a moderator of Dolores Cannon's Worldwide Professional Support Forum for Practitioners and enjoyed assisting Dolores in her live classes in the United States. Since Dolores' passing in 2014, Suzanne now assists Julia Cannon in these classes.

Your QHHT Session & How to Prepare

On the day of your session, you will come to your appointment with a list of questions that you want answered by your High Self.

Most people make two lists; one of health/ body questions and another of life/personal questions. I will explain this bigger part of you that is sometimes called the High Self, Higher Consciousness, Subconscious, Universal Mind or Over Soul and how I'll guide you to make connection with it. We'll spend some time getting to know each other and your reasons for wanting this experience. We'll talk about how easy it is to be guided into this deep state of relaxation to let go and allow yourself to have the experience. We'll talk about your life's journey and go over your list of questions. Once we start the hypnosis process you'll be under for two hours or a little longer. This part of the session is recorded for you as people remember varying amounts.

suzanne-spoonerEver since I was a little girl I have wondered what life is all about and how I fit in to that picture.

I'd look into the night sky and deeply want to know what was outside of where I could see and wondered how it all was made. In my early 20's I started to read books by Edgar Cayce and Shirley MacLain and others. I delved into the topic of past lives.  I studied Reiki, and energy work. 

In 2008 I had a breakthrough where a teachable process of channeling came through me. It was called The Art of Universal Knowing or TAUK for short. The aspect that I loved about my process of TAUK was that it demonstrated that all answers lie within each of us if we have the desire to remember our connection. I started teaching TAUK in classes and one on one. I then developed an online class that is widely used and successful. 

In 2012 I took my first class with Dolores Cannon and instantly felt a homecoming in her work and the results I saw on my friends and clients. QHHT like TAUK gave the experience of finding where all answers are; but in a different and beautifully simple way.

A Chat with the Ego ~ A QHHT Session by Suzanne Spooner

Suzanne Spooner has an unexpected chat with her client's ego! In QHHT sessions it is normal and expected to talk with the client's High Self (subconscious). This session took an unexpected turn and the ego shed some very deep understanding on how the ego protects us, works alongside our high selves to integrate all of our aspects of consciousness.

How To Book A QHHT Session With Suzanne

Start by emailing Suzanne at hello@suzannespoonerqhht.com for appointment availability, session cost, and to ask questions.

Once you and Suzanne have determined a date, you can pay your deposit of $133 USD using the PayPal button below. Please don’t pay a deposit until your date is confirmed with Suzanne. All deposits are non-refundable. After paying your deposit, you will receive travel suggestions and session prep information.

Flying In

If you are flying into Des Moines, please plan on arriving the day before your appointment so that you don’t have to worry about travel delays. Suzanne’s office is conveniently located in Downtown Des Moines, minutes from the DSM airport. You’ll want to book your flight out for the day after your appointment. 

Driving In

For those of you driving in but longer than an hour away, you’ll want to consider getting a hotel for the night of your appointment. Your appointment will finish in the early evening and most want to get some supper and then sleep. Driving yourself long distances right after a session is not advised. The exception to this is if you have someone with you who could drive home.

Hotels

The Des Lux hotel is closest to Suzanne’s office, a block away. There are several other hotels in downtown that are a longer walk or short car/cab ride. Some recommended hotels are The Marriott, Hyatt Place, Embassy Suites or The Savery Hotel. Des Moines is an easy city to get around, so if you’d rather stay other places you shouldn’t be more than 20 minutes away.

Dining before or after your appointment

Located in the lobby of The Temple for the Performing Arts is the restaurant Centro. They serve salads, pizza, steak and seafood. A short walk away is Panera, D’jango, Jimmy John’s and Smokey D’s BBQ.
